As a Community Manager Volunteer for the Pusagii Hope Foundation, you will be the digital voice and heart of our organization. You will help us grow our online presence, interact with our supporters, and create a welcoming space for our community members to share ideas and advocate for our cause. If you love sparking conversations and managing digital communities, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: Monitor and engage with our community across social media platforms and discussion forums. Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner. Help moderate community discussions to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Collaborate with the outreach team to promote upcoming campaigns and virtual events.

Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with standard social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and community channels (e.g., Discord, Slack). A high degree of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with diverse groups of people. Self-motivated and able to manage your 5-hour weekly commitment independently. Prior experience in community management, customer service, or social media is a plus, but not strictly required.
